It is made from around hourglass shaped coils which are interlinked with spiral wire to form a spring unit structure. They are used in most budget or entry level mattresses and are the best value mattresses your money can buy.
Our Pocket Spring mattresses are made of springs from high tensile carbon wire. The spring system is given a special heat anti-fatigue treatment and anti-rust oil treatment as they go through the manufacturing process. Both treatments ensure the springs a long life.
Spring steel springs/ Tempered springs cannot be crushed by a mere human’s weight and because of their springing capability they respond gently to different human weights. Our springs are produced in Taiwan and imported in already compressed form with tons of force and opened up here.
Pocket (Individual) Spring Technology
Each pocket spring is individually wrapped in a textile material enabling free movement and stops partner disturbance due to movement. Pocket Spring does not carry movement over to the partner. Eliminating sleep interruption enables you to achieve deep sleep.

MAN-MADE INGENIOUS Memory foam is polyurethane with additional chemicals to increase its viscosity and density. It is often referred to as “viscoelastic” polyurethane foam. It was first invented by NASA in the 1970s for space programs and used to upholster astronauts flight chairs to reduce pressure points, making astronauts more comfortable from the G-forces experienced during lift off. Since then it has been developed and has become a popular material of choice for medical and domestic mattresses and pillows due to its pressure relieving comfort.

Memory foam is temperature sensitive. Your memory foam mattress will feel firm at first, until it softens and moulds around the shape of your body in response to your body weight and heat. Rebonded Foam Technology
To cater for the firm solution, we have the re-bonded foam. Re-bonded foams are made from a combination of multiple densities of foam which are broken down and re-bonded under mechanical pressure into new blocks of consistent High-Density Re-bonded Material, which are then cut into desired length and width.
